For Odin and For Nail Art! Viking Runes

Hello my lovely followers. I don't need to explain why I haven't posted anything in so long you already know. I just had the best idea for a nail art design and found some time today to paint it. I had left my nails grow like claws and I filed them and gave them some love. And theeeen! I just painted and disconnected from the world.

Some of you all might know about my TV show addiction. So Vikings is one of the ones I watch, and truely love. Do you watch the show too? Today I though that Viking runes would make a terrific design and I went for it.

Spring Time Come Back, Violet Floral Nail art

Long time no see. I think this has been the longest I've spent without either doing nor posting nail art. It has been a really tough couple of months. As you know I work now in the afternoons, and in the mornings I have university. Furthermore I am taking driving lessons now and I have rehearsals as always...so yes pretty much I'm too busy for nail art and it makes me really sad.

Spring has officially started, and even though it doesn't seem to show here where I live...damm rain, I decided a nice floral design would be a nice one for my come back (I'm saying come back but I really don't know when the next design will be lol).

Hello guys! What have you been up to lately? As you know I've finished my exams and I have no classes now. However I have started driving lessons and I've been doing somo photoshoots so I haven't been exactlly on holiday. I've been watching Sons of Anarchy eveyday to finally finish the show and I'm nearly there.

It's been a while since I wanted to do a SoA design and I finally got to do some nice and intricate nail art inspired by the show.

Frozen, Snowflakes Nail Art

Hello everyone! We could say I've been hivernating...well actually I've been really busy with my final exams and my job. December and January are always tough months for university students. It's been a month since I posted anything here and I'm really sorry. My exams are finally over and I was dying for some nail art.

Winter is not over yet and I couldn't help recreating this awesome design by Wondrously Polished before the cold is gone.

2014 Nail Art Favorites, Which is your favorite?

Happy new year, said I three days late. I came back from visiting my family in Manchester just yesterday and I noticed I had not done my 2014 favorites. Here's a compilation of my favorite designs done during this year. Tell me, which one is your favorite?

This year started really well, lots of nail art and different techniques and ideas. However with the start of the new academic course my activity decreased a lot. With univesity and my new part time job I really can't spend so much time doing nail art which is a big shame. As I can't paint my nails really often I enjoy every second of it and the results are pretty good, don't you think?

Some of the designs are part of challenges I've done this year, some are holiday related and the are just random designs I've been doing.

Abstract Christmas Trees

Well well well. Finding some time for nail art is difficult as you know, with uni and my job, but Christmas is nearly here and it's time to get festive around my blog.

I decided to start the Christmas themed nail art with a simple and abstract design. They are suposed to be a version of abstract christmas trees. Let's see what you think about this design.

Storm Gradient Nail Art

Hello lovelies! After a week of rain and storms and a load of work I found a little "me time" to dedicate to some nail art and my tv shows. I wasn't really inspired but I remember seeing this design by Cotton Coney, and it was perfect for the terrible weather of that day.

I decided to recreate her design giving my personal touches. I hope you like it. I did a gradient and some detailed design. 

Born Pretty Store Review, Black Lace Nail Art

Hello I'm back! I've not been posting regulary this month but I have been crazy busy! I have so many things in mind I can't even spend some time relaxing doing nail art. Despite all the work from uni and my job and singing I found some time to finally start reviewing all the products Born Pretty Store sent me last month.


The first product I will be reviewing is a set of nail art brushes. I painted an intracate lace design inspired by Finger Painted using all these brushes and they were perfect.

Movember Nail Art, Moustache Party

Yell at me: shame on you Mireia for being more than one week MIA. Shame shame shame on me. After this week of hiatus I'm back at least with one new design. Uni and work have me really busy but I'm trying my best.

We have been only ten days into this month and I'm already missing summer so much. It's terribly cold but well...November, besides cold weather, is also the month of prostate cancer awareness aka Movember. So I decided to get my nails all moustached up.

Hello my lovely followers! Before the month ends I'm posting the last Halloween nail art. Do you have any Halloween plans? I'm dressing up as overdosed Mia Wallace from Pulp fiction and going out with my friends.

Today I decided to do a drip design, just as I did last year for Halloween. This time isntead of blood it's green slime dripping down my nails.

Hello everybody! I can't believe I've been almost a week M.I.A. I have no excuse, except work work work, uni uni uni. I haven't been very inspired this last days and I really lack the energy to look into some inspiration for my designs. Halloween is coming so maybe I could do some related manis to do something new. However, today I bring a remake of a really old design. I did this nearly two years ago, see here, and they were inspired by Nailed It.

Autumn Leaves

Happy Sunday! How is everything going. Autumn is finally here and I really miss summer already after only a week. The weather has been terrible this week. However I've been wanting to to an autumn inspired design for a long time so at least not everything is bad.

New season, new nail shape! For those of who who don't follow me on instagram haven't seen my new nail shape yet. I chipped my index working and I decided to go round for some time. Plus it's safer for work (I teach little kids).

Happy Sunday lovely followers! My first week back at classes and at my new job was a success. My kids are amazing and my work colleagues have helped me so much in my first week. I've found myself quite exhausted but I tried to put together this post before the week ended.

I've decided that I will probably be doing my nails at night after uni and work and this is a design I did the other night which I hope you like.

Hello lovelies! Last week of holiday and a terrible thing happened the other day. I had the most terrible and painful break on the hand I do my nail art on. However I was lucky enough for it to be my thumb which I normally don't show and I can easily regrow without much pain.

Uuupps guys it's been a while! Hello everybody, it's been nearly a week I can't believe it. I'm totally enjoying my last weeks of freedom before going back to uni and starting my new job as a teacher and I even neglected paiting my nails because of a break on my thumb, and because I was too sad to remove my last design.

I'm back with new nail art. You will probably recognize this design and that is because it's totally inspired by Pshiiit Polish.
