31 Day Challenge – Day 8: Metallic Nails

Hey guys! I've finally got the camera I use for my nail pictures back and I can finally post this design. Day 8 of the 31 day Challenge theme was metallic so I did a quic metallic waterfall design. You can check the tutorial for this design and the colors of this metallic waterfall right here.

I got all my metallic polishes and put together this waterfall mani really quick and cute design, don't you think? My tips aren't in really good condition I know. I've worn this nails for three days untill I could take a photo of them.

Waterfall Tutorial

Hey guys, I've put together a quick pictorial on how to do waterfall nails. It's a really fun design with infinite color possibilities!

The things you need are just one nail polish for the base color and 4-6 different nail polishes for the lines. You will also need a 10mm-ish long and thin nail art brush.

You just need to paint your nail with the base color of your choice and then starting with the darker color create some lines of different length. Continue doing this with the other colors and just add a top coat. See easy peasy! Check here to see the list of colors I used for this mani.

I really liked the idea of this design so I picked up my nail wheel and started trying different color combinations:

I really had nothing better to do and I went a little crazy but I think all the different colors look awesome with this design. Don't you? What's your favorite combination?

Waterfalls

Hey guys! You think that without classes and being on holiday you would have more time for nail art but actually I'm so busy I don't even have time to paint my nails! Today I found a bit of time to do this simple design inspired by The Nailasaurus.

This design looks really cute and it's quick and easy to do. The colors are really summerish like the bottom of a swimming pool don't you think. These are the colors I used, starting with the base color and then the colors I used for the lines:
