Nail-Art-A-Go-Go Challenge - Day 15: Round and Square

Hello lovelies! Finally friday. Although I'm on holiday I celebrate that it's already friday because every morning I go to study for my driving licence, which I still haven't got. So I'm happy that tomorrow morning I can sleep in a bit.

Today I bring to you a new design for the NAGG Challenge. The frist theme for the third phase of the challenge is Round and Square and I did this simple geometrical pattern.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Singfònics!

Hey guys! I think most of you don't know that I'm into music, a lot. I sing in a vocal grup called Singfònics and today we have a concert in my city.  I would invite you all to come but well I think it's a bit far away for you all.

I did a special design for the concert and I've totally forgoten to do the day 27 challenge for the nail art june. I think I'll have to mash up day 27 and day 30, I don't really know how but I'll think something. Any idea on how to mix sunglasses and sea foam.. LOL

I did a light gradient that well didn't turn out that well... and an accent nail with our logo. Check out our web to listen to some of our stuff. Thsese are the colors I used for this design. I used the greens that represent us, we always dress in black and green!

I hope that you enjoy our videos, if you watch them... Well lovelies happy polishing and wish me luck tonight!

Deadly Sins Challenge – Day 11: Envy (Green for Envy)

Hello guys! Well I've been a bit behing with my Deadly Sins Challenge but here you have my entry for day 11. The theme for todays design was recreating another many of the ladies who are taking part, I chose a Paper Thin Nails design. She has amazing designs and you should check her blog if you haven't yet!

As a base color I used Genious in a Bottle by Catrice. I have hardly use this color and I don't know why because it looks amazing. Here are two pictures of a swatch of this color, one indoors and the other with sunlight:

I used different greens to recreate the design. Mine is slightly different from hers but I think it looks really nice. I quite like how they turned out. What do you thinkg?

These are the colors I used for this design. I used my favorite greens. I know you see them alot on my designs but i think they are lovely and the best greens for envy nails.

I hope you liked this recreation of Paper Thin Nails' design. Don't forget to like, share and comment if you have any questions or suggestions. Happy polishing!

Stained Glass

Hey guys! It was difficul getting rid of my past mani because I really liked it but I wanted to try something. This mani was inspried by a wonderful design by one of my favorite nail artists I know, Lindsey aka Wondrously Polished. She did this stained design a while back and it’s been on my wanna do list since then. I tried using the same tones of green as her design and I think I was successful at recreating her mani.

I followed the tutorial she made for her mani. Easy steps to create a wonderful design:

107 Of course mine doesn’t look as good as her’s but I’m quite pleased of how it’s looking even though I like the colors she used better than mine. The colors I used are the following:

Both colors in the middle (mint green and grey) I mixed to make a nice greeny gray, because the grey on it’s own was too dark in my opinion and it didn’t look that well with the other colors.

I hope you liked this design and check out Lindsey’s blog for more awesome nail art and tutorials. Don’t forget to share, like and comment if you have any questions on this design or any suggestions. Happy Polishing!
